Abhimanyu, 920 and Kanska varieties of tomatoes will be rich to the farmers of Balh, who are facing financial crisis during the Corona period. The bumper yield of tomato is flourishing in the fields. Between two months, a tomato business of four hundred crores is expected from Balah alone. 

On Monday, about eight thousand crates for tomatoes were sent from Nerchok vegetable market to Delhi, Punjab, Haryana by various cargo vehicles. On Monday, a crate of tomatoes was found in the market for Rs 250. This is said to be a very good start. After the lifting of the restrictions of Kovid curfew, now the outside agents have also started knocking in the market. Tomato crop is being done on 1000 hectares of Balh valley. 10 thousand families are associated with tomato cultivation in Bulh alone.
