Farmer leader Buta Singh claims, Amit Shah calls, government ready to negotiate

The agitation of farmers of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Haryana continues against the three agricultural laws made by the central government today. Along with Singhu, farmers have opened their front on State Highway and National Highway along the Tikri and Delhi-UP border. Uttar Pradesh farmers are camping in large numbers at the UP gate along the Singhu and Tikri borders adjoining Haryana. Despite the initiative of the Central Government, the farmer is not ready to move away from the streets. Meanwhile, farmer leader Buta Singh has claimed that he had a conversation with Home Minister Amit Shah over phone.

He said that Amit Shah has agreed to talk to farmers unconditionally. The leaders of 36 farmers associations will soon meet Amit Shah. A letter in this regard will also be sent by evening. Earlier, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has tweeted that across the country mandis will not end, but will continue to run. At the same time, farmers are trying to enter Delhi through different routes. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has given similar assurance to farmers.

Ministers meeting at JP Nadda s residence

Here, the central government is preparing at every level to control the peasant movement. In this regard, this was discussed in a high level meeting at the residence of BJP National President JP Nadda on Sunday evening itself. Home Minister Amit Shah, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh were present in the meeting held at the residence of BJP President. After the meeting, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar just said that the government is ready for talks.

Significantly, in view of the protests by the farmers, the traffic at the ticker border is completely closed. Jharoda, Dhansa, Darula, Jhatikheda, Badusari, Cottonheda, Rajokri NH-8, Bijwasan, Palam Vihar and Dundahera border are open for going to Haryana. Delhi Police has shared this information through a tweet. The farmers said on Sunday that the central government would not accept the conditional negotiations.

The farmers warned that if this is the attitude of the government, then all the 5 entry routes coming into the national capital will also be closed. It is worth noting that earlier in his Mann Ki Baat program on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that while referring to the laws related to these agricultural reforms, he said that this has given new rights and opportunities to the farmers and farmers have to take advantage needed.
