Double your crops yields with this fish solution

It is a growth promoter prepared from the left out of fishes; this fish extract is even used by organic farmers in Japan and Korea.

Ingredients

• Any left out pieces of local fish variety (garbage)
• Jaggery
• Sack or cotton cloth
• Strainer
• An earthen pot or a bucket and a box with a lid

Method

  • Cut fish into pieces. Measure equal quantity of fish and jaggery in equal sized vessels. If in place of fish you have fish garbage then reduce the amount of jaggery to half.
  • For 1 kg fish take I kg jaggery and for 1 kg fish garbage take ½ kg jaggery.
  • Mix both the things properly and close the vessel either with a sack or a cotton cloth. In the first four day there is a lot of bad odor and smell. So, keep the vessel away from home, but take care of it from the reach of dogs and other animals. Shake the mixture once daily from the 5th day to the next 20 to 30 days. In the meantime you will see how bad odor turns into fragrance.
  • In minimum 10 days odor will vanish, but must keep it for 15 to 20 days. When the smell disappears then it is ready for use. After this filter it. It will look like honey. Put in a glass jar or plastic vessel with lid closed. It can be kept for 6 months.
If you have used fish prices then after filtering the solution you can use the fish pieces again for 2-3 times. For using the fish pieces again use jaggery in equal amount and keep it for 15-20 days. But you can use the fish garbage only once.
