Chairman Archana Dr. Dilip Sahu described the Pokhara Agricultural University and Horticulture Department as a matter of pride for the region. Also said that according to which the research center and horticulture department should be developed. The Chairman also expressed concern that the Agricultural University, which was presently conducted in Fingeshwar, should be run in the Pokhara Research Center so that students can gain both practical and theological knowledge.
