The portal to get the benefit of 1500 rs/acre for the direct sowing of paddy has been started.

Farmers sowing the paddy by direct method can get Rs. 1500 per acre by registering in this way.
The personal and bank related information of the tenant farmer is being shown as per the registration in the grain/e-marketing portal.
The farmer is to be given only the information related to the land under direct sowing.
For example – Information about the land District/Tehsil-Sub-Tehsil/Village/Khewat number/Khasra number and the information about the area under direct sowing (in Kanal/Marla or Bigha Viswa)
Farmers can make changes in their given information till June 5, 2022.
The information given regarding direct sowing of paddy will be verified on the spot by the officer appointed by the department.
Direct sowing of paddy will be done from June 18 to June 24, 2022 and from June 25 to June 30, 2022.
After due scrutiny, incentive amount of Rs 1500 per acre will be sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers concerned.
