PAU invites Application from Young Farmers to Enrol in Quarterly Agricultural Training Course

From director of extension education PAU, a comprehensive agriculture quarterly course is being conducted for the young farmers of various villages from August 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019. In this course, 10th pass  young farmers of Punjab state from 20-40 years of age can enrol themselves in the latest agricultural techniques. In this course, students will be taught about the various aspects of agriculture as well as agri-allied activities. Giving information on admission in this course, Assistant Director of Skill Development Center PAU, Dr. Tajinder Singh Riar said that the aspiring farmers can get the admission form from Krishi Vigyan Kendras of their respective district or from PAU. 

The last date for filing applications in this regard is July 26, 2019. The interview will be held at the Skill Development Center on July 30, 2019 at 10 AM. Candidates should come along with their Matriculation certificate and age proof certificate. The selected candidates will be charged with Rs 1000 as security fees that will be refunded after completion of the course. The course fee will be Rs 500 and the accommodation charges will be @Rs 300 per month.
