New variety of Tomato by PAU

Tomato- Punjab Gold Cherry is been used for sowing in Zone No. 3 comprising Sikkim, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh & Andaman and Nicobar. Variety of Tomato, Punjab Gold Cherry is a yellow coloured variety which is suitable for safe cultivation.

Average yield- 425 quintals per acre
