The Department of Processing and Food Engineering, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), will organize a two-day training course on “Jaggery (gur) Processing” for the rural youth and progressive entrepreneurs of Punjab on February 12 and 13. The training will have one-day in-house lectures followed by visit to the units of jaggery manufacturers. Number of seats for this training course is 25 and selection will be based on first-cum-first basis.
