Hybrid number 1- Carrots of this variety are dark orange in color. Carrots are 7 to 9 inches in length. It is suitable for cultivation in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, hills of Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Pusa Asita- This variety was developed in the year 2008. This variety is suitable for bubai in September to October, this variety is ready in 90 to 120 days. The yield per acre is up to 100 quintals.
