How to cultivate the mushroom in changing seasons?

Terminate the 2nd crop of white button mushroom after 50-60 days of harvesting (when temperature rises above 25-27o C). The spent compost/trays are removed from the growing rooms and rooms are cleaned thoroughly and disinfected. The trays/shelves should be cleaned, disinfected with 4% formalin and sun dried before storing for next season. Harvesting of dhingri can be continued for another 10-15 days.( up to end of March)
