Farmers of wheat, maize and moong must read this advice

WHEAT: In present weather condition, harvesting of mature wheat crop is advised. Harvested crops should be properly tied to avoid being carried away by winds. Adequate drying of harvested grains before storage should be done.

GREEN GRAM: In this week sowing of green gram should be done. Seed treatment with crop specific Rhizobium culture as well as phosphorus solubilishing bacteria is also advised. Adequate moisture should be maintained for maximum germination of seeds.

MAIZE: There is very light possibility of rainfall in the coming five days, due to which the farmers are advised to wait for irrigation in the maize crop to maintain the moisture.
