Button mushroom cultivation during the second-third week of this month

Mushroom Growing: As per PAU recommendation, start preparing compost using wheat straw or paddy straw (1:1) for the cultivation of button mushrooms during the 2nd-3rd week of this month. 

• During compost preparation, book your spawn as per the requirement for growing button mushrooms.
• Discard the spent material (bags) of milky and paddy straw mushrooms from the growing rooms. Clean and disinfect the growing rooms with 4-5% formalin.
