Advisory related to Pear, Cauliflower and Orange for the upcoming days

PEAR- The fruit plant is now in bud formation stage. In view of rain in the coming days, avoid all spray and manure applications. Make proper drainage in the orchard to avoid water stagnation in the base of the plant.

CAULIFLOWER- The crop is mainly in maturity or harvesting stage. As there is forecast of rain, avoid harvesting of crop. Maintain proper drainage in the field to avoid water stagnation.

ORANGE- Crop is mainly in maturity/harvesting stage. Continue harvesting in current weather condition keeping the stalk intact with the fruit. If harvesting is over, in present weather conditions remove lichens/mosses from the affected trees using gunny bags smoothly. Prune the diseased and dried branches.
