Advisory for farmers cultivating Paddy, Sugarcane and Oil Seed crops

RICE- In the current season, the outbreak of blast disease is being seen in the paddy crop, therefore, to control the blast disease, spray Carbendazim 50 WP (Bavistin) @ 1000 grams/hectare during clear weather.

SUGARCANE- Sowing of winter season sugarcane crop should be done.

OILSEED- Sowing of Oilseed (Toriya/Lahi) in the plain area should be done in this second fortnight of September as soon as time is available and keeping in mind the weather forecast.
