Mr. Amarjit Singh is a successful agripreneur. He is the owner of Kisan Junction- on-road-farm-market cum restaurant situated in Gharuan, Chadigarh-Ludhiana Highway. He started farming in 2007 on 1.5 acres of land by getting training from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He has also founded Shri Dhanna Bhagat Farmers Club in Gharuan and is leading 18 other progressive farmers under him. He is very actively involved in beekeeping and dairy farming. He do marketing of all his farming, dairy and beekeeping produce himself, either by using them in his restaurant or selling to the customer at his on-road-farm-market. Today he is earning good profits from on-road-farm-market concept and he want other farmers too, to excel by using innovative farming and marketing methods.
