Vipesh Kumar is serving as Horticulture Development Officer at Budhlada, Mansa. He was a passionate childhood gardener with keen interest of natural farming, landscaping, farm designing, traditional farming knowledge system and school and community supported agriculture(CSA). He managed 25 acres at Centre of Excellence for vegetables(Indo-Israel project) Kartarpur, Jalandhar. He also operated fully automatic irrigation and fertigation in 10+ acres of land and open cultivation of vegetable units. In addition, he also organize awareness camps in school for student to aware them about kitchen gardening.

Worked on tomato crop for biotic resistance against late blight and root knot-nematodes using required plant breeding practice. Publiched 3 research papers in reputed scientific journals and 2 books.
