He has his own Poultry Feed Factory named as “Kirpal Feed”. He is very dedicated towards the agriculture sector and is doing wonderful work in various agri-allied activities.

Most Prominent Poultry Farmer Award in 2019 from Veterinary Lions Club (Ludhiana) He is registered with Markfed under PMO for Global GAP Certification for planting potatoes every year.
