Profile

Nisha Chauhan is an organic farmer and she grows paddy, wheat, pulses and all types of vegetables. Her group, Jaidevta, promotes organic and natural farming and holds workshops for farmers in which the group teaches them the beneficial methods for organic farming. She also invites expert personnel from the agriculture field to train the farmers and make them aware of new and best practices in farming. She has also launched an organic farming project, which has 667 farmers as it's members and all are certified organic farmers. She herself take interest in research of new methods and also provide expert advice to the farmers.
