Nirvair Singh Brar has expertise in dairy processing. He began his career in the dairy sector as soon as he completed his B.tech in dairy technology from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana, Punjab, in 2012. He joined the Department of Dairy, Punjab, in 2015 as a Dairy Development Officer at Sardulgarh, Punjab. During his tenure of 7 years, he has also served as the dairy development officer at Mansa and Moga in Punjab. In 2021, due to his commendable work and effective farmer training camps, he was promoted to Deputy Director of Dairy, Moga. He is currently serving from Faridkot, Punjab. Under his supervision, he has conducted several training camps for dairy farmers, informing them about newer government schemes & innovations in the dairy sector. He has transformed the lives of several dairy farmers by upskilling them from time to time.
