Dr. Yogesh Prasad Rajbhar is currently working as Professor at Department of Horticulture, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut. He has 28 years of vast research experience in fruit science and related subjects. Dr. Prasad has worked on temperate fruits as well as Tropical and subtropical fruit crops . Till date, he has guided a large number of UG, PG and Ph. D. students on the subjects related to Fruit Sciences. He has published various Research Papers, Technical Bulletins, articles, etc. With his experience and extensive knowledge, he has established a Tissue Culture lab, Herbal Garden, Banana Block, Papaya experimental Block and developed HDP of Guava, Kinnow, Pomegranate, Sapota, Litchi, Ber, Bael, Aonla, Jamun and Moringa. Alongwith fruit crops, he has also conducted his research on vegetables and ornamental plants.
