Dr. Ram Lubhaya is serving the Dairy sector with more than 31 years of experience and has served many areas of Punjab state. In 1990, he joined the department as Dairy Development Inspector of Hoshiarpur District. With his hard work and dedication, he got promoted as Dairy Development officer, Grade 1 of Phagwara District in 2008. Later in 2017, he joined Nawanshahar as Dairy Development Officer. Currently, he is working as Deputy Director Dairy, Jalandhar. Along with working in the Dairy department, he is actively involved in conducting various types of trainings for farmers and have given solutions to no. of their problems related to dairy sector. His tremendous work and dedication has led the department to touch new skies.
