Dr. Harbans Singh joined Animal Husbandry Department in 1987 as Agriculture Development Officer (ADO). Then he got deputed as Deputy Commissioner, Agriculture in Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries. He is retired as an ADO, Feed and Fodder. Previously, he had an additional charge of Joint Director, Animal Husbandry (Feed and Fodder). His many years of vast experience has made the department touch new skies.
