Having years of experience in the food processing industry, Shahnaz Qureshi is the expert in manufacturing and delivering the best & healthy food products. She has her own food brand – “FRESH HUB” and recently she also has opened her new restaurant- “Shah's Kashmiri and Mughlai Chicken”. After getting trained in beekeeping, food processing and vinegar processing from KVK Bathinda, she made use of those skills and devoted her life in delivering the best healthy food experience to the society. She is using her training skills well to double her profit in the processed food industry and is also encouraging other farmers to start processing their produce to gain higher profit.

• Awarded Jagbir Kaur Memorial award by PAU in 2015 • Awarded by the food processing department of Muktsar Sahib • She gives training and information through TV, newspaper, and radio • She has her own radio show that is aired every Friday from 1 PM to 2 PM in Bathinda, where she gives tips to people about water management, health food recipes and much more
