Experts' advice for barley crop

To control of weeds watering as per requirement & top dressing of recommended amount of Nitrogen may be done in Barley. Upon the outbreak of the maahu disease in barley , spray 1 litre of methyl-odimethane 25 E.C. or Dimetheoate 30 E.C. or Imidacloprid 17.8 S.L. with 600-750 litre of water at the rate of 125 ml/hectare. Irrigation should be done at flowering stages. Harvest and thresh the mature crop.
