Some tips related to diseases in cowpea, French Bean and peach
Cowpea/Lobia:- To control the root and stem rot diseases in cowpea (Lobia), carbendazim @ 500g/hectare should be used.
French bean:- Sowing of french bean varieties like Arka Komal and Contender should be done in the irrigated valley regions.
Peach:- In mid and low hilly regions, the second spray of the recommended chemicals to control the leaf curl disease in peach should be done in clear weather conditions.
