Best suggestion for Paddy, Maize, Dhaincha, and sugarcane for Uttarakhand farmers

Rice: In valley and low hills, the nursery of paddy should be prepared in the second fortnight of the month for transplanting under irrigated conditions.

Maize: In mid and high hills areas, sowing of maize crop should be kept in the second fortnight of the month.

Dhaincha: Sowing of dhaincha and sanai should be done after harvesting wheat and other rabi crops for green manure.

Sugarcane: On the occurrence of a black bug in the sugarcane crop, phenthoate 50EC @ 1 liter/ha or 750 ml of monocrotophos 36 SL or 2liter of quinalphos 25 EC in 500liter of water should be sprayed keeping in view the weather forecast.
