S. Karnail Singh joined Milkfed as Shift InCharge in 1984. In 1987, he shifted into Dairy department as Dairy Inspector. In 2000, he became Dairy Development Officer in Punjab Dairy Development Board (PDDB). In 2008, Mr. Karnail got promoted as Deputy Director Dairy. In 2018, he became Joint director at Dairy Department and currently he is working as Director at Punjab Dairy Development Board.
