B.A ETT pass out Nishan, was doing private job as a teacher in Patti, Tarn Taran. But now he is doing farming of wheat, paddy, basmati, pea,moongi, mah, sarho, toriya, makki,etc from last 7-8 years. He never burnt the paddy straw and also motivates the other farmers to stop burning paddy straw. Nishan is also the member of PAU Kisan Club.
