Dr. Nazam Khan started his career in Animal Nutrition by working as Assistant Professor at Khalsa College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Amritsar in 2013. Further, he joined State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu as Deputy Director in the year 2014 and is currently working as Assistant Professor (Animal Nutrition) since August, 2014. He has published 1 book and 3 manuals till date. Dr Nazam has helped many farmers through various training programs and projects.

Seven Poster Awards and two Oral Awards by different Scientific Societies, Young Scientist Award by Society for Bioinformatics and Biological Sciences in the field of Animal Nutrition and Allied Sciences in 2018, University Merit award by Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu in 2010.
