Advisory for farmers cultivating Potato, Tomato, Papaya and Lemon

POTATO- In case of late blight, spray Mancozeb 64% + cymoxanil 8% WP @ 2.5gm per litre.

TOMATO- If crop plants is showing fluffy cottony growth which leads to dry the plants.

• So infected plants must be removed and burn.
• In case of late blight, spray Mancozeb 64% + cymoxanil 8% WP @ 2.5gm per litre by keeping in view the weather forecast.

PAPAYA- Drying up of flowers in papaya is observed which is due to continuous prevalence of low temperature.

• After increase in temperature it will be allright.
• Go for spray of boron @ 0.2 % (2g/lit) immediately.

LEMON- Give proper nutrition and irrigation to citrus plant to check flower drop.

• To control the fruit drop Planofix @ 0.75 ml/litre can be applied.
