E-FASAL Kshatipurti portal launched by Haryana Govt.

Farmers will now be able to register their crop loss details on the portal & will be given manual compensation for crop failure, and now this compensation will be made online through the portal, replacing the manual compensation system that has been going on for years. The details are to be filled within 72 hours, Patwari will also visit the field.
For registration, any one of the mobile numbers, family identity cards, or my-crop-my-details registration numbers will be mandatory. Crop losses caused by fire, flood, hailstorm, drought, cold wave, earthquake, landslide, cloudburst, water logging, heavy rain, insect attack, and dust storm are compensable.
The compensation for the crop would be given in 5 slabs: 0 to 24 percent, 25 to 32 percent; 33 to 49 percent, 50 to 74 percent, and 75 to 100 percent. Patwari, Kanungo, and Tehsildar will do their respective logins from the login form using their registered mobile numbers.
The farmers will fill in the crop loss percentage & their feedback. The SDM will login from his login form and will be able to see the mismatched data submitted by Patwari, and Tehsildar. Re-verification of the complaint lodged by the farmer will also be done by the SDM.
The Deputy Commissioner will send the amount for the approval of the Commissioner. The commissioner will send the amount for the approval of the nodal officer. The nodal officers will take the approval of the government for the amount sent by the respective districts, and after the approval, the amount will be directly deposited in the verified account of the farmer.
