Pay attention to the farmers who work in animal husbandry

ANIMAL HUSBANDARY- Calves should be protected from cold weather as they can easily catch pneumonia at this time.

• Keep the animals inside the covered sheds at night and in sunlight during the day. Take care to keep animals in a dry and clean place.
• After milking, do not allow the animals to sit on the floor for at least half an hour so that germs may not gain entry into the udder through open pores.
• To protect milch animals from mastitis use teat dips after milking.
