IMD Advisory for Jodhpur (Rajsthan) farmers

Sesame- For the control of leaf eater insects attack in sesame crop, spray Quinalphos 25 EC @ 1 litre per hactare.

Pearl Millet- To protect pearl millet crop from ergot disease spray Zineb @ 2.5 kg or Mencozeb @ 2 kg per hactare 2-3 times at a day of interval.

Green Gram- To control pod borer attack in green gram crop spray Quinalphos 25 EC @ 1 litre per hectare.

Cotton- For the control of pink bollworm attack in cotton crop, spray Cypermethrin 10 EC @ 1 ml or Triazophos 40 EC @ 2.5 ml per litre water.

Cow- To protect domestic animals from coming in direct contact with rains. Do not allow water to stagnant in their sheds. Try to keep their litter dry.
