Advisory related to Onion, Mango and Livestock for next days

ONION- Preparation of the field should be done for transplanting of the onion. Transplanting of onion should be completed by 15 January. Line to line and plant to plant distance should be 15 cm and 10 cm respectively. 

MANGO- To stop the Gujjiya keet from climbing on the tree, stem of tree should be covered by a fine soil layer upto 40 cm height from the ground in the last week of this month and wrap up with a 25 cm broad strip of 400 gazes thick polythene and tie with the help of rope (sutali). With this grease must be applied in the lower portion. 

BUFFALO- Vaccination of FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) should be given to the animals.
