In view of the severe spread of Corona (Covid-19), the farmers are advised to follow the guidelines given by the Government of India during agricultural operations. There is a possibility of no rain. So farmers are advised to harvest the late sown crop of paddy.
BARLEY- In irrigated conditions, sowing of barley should be done.
BARSEEM- There is a forecast of no rain in the coming five days. So farmers are advised to irrigate barseem crop.
WHEAT- Sow the wheat crop. Seed treatment should be done before sowing of rabi crops. Seeds of wheat should be treated with Carboxin @ 2g/kg seeds or Tebuconazole @ 1.5g/kg seeds.
RADISH- Radish can be sown throughout the year. Seed rates for European and Asian varieties of Radish should be 6-8Kg/ha and 10-12 kg/Ha respectively. Dung manure should be applied in the field before sowing the seed of radish.
