Advisory for farmers cultivating Wheat, Barley, Mustard and Lentil crops

WHEAT- In unirrigated condition, sowing of crop should be completed in this week & in irrigated condition sowing of crop should be done in the first fortnight of this month.

BARLEY- Sowing of barley crop should be completed under unirrigated condition.

MUSTARD- In late sown rapeseed & yellow mustard, light irrigation should be given before flowering and give the recommended dose of nitrogen after irrigation.

LENTIL- In irrigated condition, sow lentils in the first fortnight of the month.

• Before sowing, treat the seed with Bavastin 2.0 g/kg seed.
