Advisory for farmers cultivating Wheat, Barley, Kidney Beans and Pigeon Pea crops

WHEAT- In irrigated condition, sowing of the crop should be completed in mid hills and in valleys and low hills sowing should be by the second week.

BARLEY- Sowing of barley should be completed by first week of this month.

KIDNEY BEANS- In valley and low hills harvesting of the mature crops should be done and separate the seeds after drying it for 2-3 days.

• In mid-hills, light irrigation should be given.

PIGEON PEA- Harvesting of the mature crops should be done and separate the seeds after drying it for 2-3 days.
