Advisory for farmers cultivating Pulses and Fodder crops

PULSES- It is the optimum time for the sowing of desi gram PDG 4 under rainfed conditions.

• Don’t sow this variety in humid areas od Punjab.

FODDER- It is the optimum time for the sowing of single cut oats varieties (OL 11, OL 12, OL 13 and OL 15) and malticut varieties (OL 10 and OL 14).

• Sow the oats crop in 20 cm apart rows with 25 kg of seed per acre.
