Advisory for farmers cultivating Onion, Potato and Cauliflower vegetable

Onion- There is the possibility of hailstorm in the next three days, till date if farmers not transplanted the plants from the nursery are advised to withheld the transplanting for further three days and advised to transplant when weather is clear.

Potato- Potato crop growing in the field should be monitored continuously to prevent the attack of late blight disease.

Cauliflower- There is possibility of thunderstorm accompanied with lightening, hailstorm and rain at isolated places.

• Therefore carry out harvesting of matured vegetable crops.
