Advisory for farmers cultivating Gram and Maize crops

Gram- Start the sowing of gram under conserved moisture.

• Gram varieties are: GNG 1581, GNG 1958, GNG 2144, CSJ 515 and Pratap Chana 1.
• Before sowing of seed should be treated with 2 g bavistin & 6 g trichoderma and also treated with P.S.B and Rhizobium culture.
• Keep the seed rate 70 to 80 kg/ha an and the row to row distance keep 30 cm.

Maize- Harvest the Maize crop at physiological maturity stage and kept for open sun drying.
