Advisory for farmers cultivating Amla, Gourd, Onion and Potato vegetable

AMLA- For proper growth and good quality of fruits of Amla (Gooseberry), Borex @200-250g/ tree basin may be applied.

BOTTLE GOURD- Provide support by making scaffolds in bottle gaurd vegetable.

ONION- In hilly areas, onion can be sown in Rabi season from September to October. For sowing in nursery, 8-10 kg seed per hectare is sufficient for Rabi.

POTATO- In the valley area, prepare the field for potato crop and sow Kufri Jyoti variety in the last week of this month.
