ਲਖਵੀਰ ਜੀ ਬੈਂਗਣ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਫਸਲ ਲਈ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਬੀਜੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।ਦੂਜੀ ਫਸਲ ਲਈ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਬੀਜੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਫਰਵਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੰਦਰਵਾੜੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।ਤੀਜੀ ਫਸਲ ਲਈ ਫਰਵਰੀ-ਮਾਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਬੀਜੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।ਚੌਥੀ ਫਸਲ ਲਈ ਜੁਲਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਬੀਜੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਗਸਤ ਤੱਕ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।ਇਸ ਦੀਆ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਜਿਵੇ Pusa Purple Long, Jamuni GOI (S 16), Punjab Barsati, Pusa Hybrid 5 ਹਨ। ਫਾਸਲਾ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਜਾਊ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਤਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 60 ਸੈ.ਮੀ. ਅਤੇ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 35-40 ਸੈ.ਮੀ. ਦਾ ਫਾਸਲਾ ਰੱਖੋ।ਇੱਕ ਏਕੜ ਖੇਤ ਦੀ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 300-400 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੋ।ਅਖੀਰ ਵਾਰ ਖੇਤ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹੁਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਰੂੜੀ ਦੀ ਖਾਦ 10 ਟਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾਉ। ਨਾਇਟ੍ਰੋਜਨ 25 ਕਿਲੋ (55 ਕਿਲੋ ਯੂਰੀਆ), ਫਾਸਫੋਰਸ 25 ਕਿਲੋ (155 ਕਿਲੋ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਸੁਪਰ ਫਾਸਫੇਟ) ਅਤੇ ਪੋਟਾਸ਼ 12 ਕਿਲੋ (20 ਕਿਲੋ ਮਿਊਰੇਟ ਆੱਫ ਪੋਟਾਸ਼ੀਅਮ) ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੋ। ਫਾਸਫੋਰਸ, ਪੋਟਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਈਟ੍ਰੋਜਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਪਨੀਰੀ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਾਓ। ਦੋ ਤੁੜਾਈਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਨਾਇਟ੍ਰੋਜਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਪਾਓ।ਪਾਣੀ ਚ ਘੁਲਣਯੋਗ ਖਾਦਾਂ: ਫਸਲ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹਿਊਮਿਕ ਤੇਜ਼ਾਬ 1 ਲੀਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਜਾਂ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾ 5 ਕਿਲੋ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਪਾਓ। ਇਹ ਫਸਲ ਦੇ ਝਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਧੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਨੀਰੀ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ 10-15 ਦਿਨ ਬਾਅਦ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ 19:19:19 ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 2.5 – 3 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਲੀਟਰ ਸੂਖਮ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਰੇਅ ਕਰੋ।ਧੰਨਵਾਦ।
