COTTON- Eradicate the weeds like kanghi buti, peeli buti, puth kanda etc growing on cotton field bunds, waste lands, road side and irrigation channels/canals to avoid further spread of whitefly to cotton field.Regular surveillance of whitefly on cotton should also be done.

• Uproot and destroy leaf curl virus infected plant from time to time.After rain, fungal foliar leaf spots appears in field, protect the crop by spraying 200 ml Amistar Top using 200 litres of water per acre after weather clears up.

SUGARCANE- Earthing up of the sugarcane crop may be done if not done earlier during the period.
