Advisory related to Coriander and Tomato farming

In view of the severe spread of Corona (Covid-19), the farmers are advised to follow the guidelines given by the Government of India, personal hygiene, use of masks, washing hands at appropriate intervals during agricultural operations. 

CORIANDER- In the valley areas, marketing of mature crops should be done.

TOMATO- In view of the possibility of rains in the coming days, spraying of chemicals for pest control in tomato crop should be done when the weather is clear. Keeping in vie the warning of hail at isolated places, anti-hail net (nylone net) should be used to save the standing seed crops from hail.
