Advisory related to Chilli, Okra, Water Melon, Musk Melon and Cucurbitaceous Vegetables crops

Vegetables- For the control of yellow mosaic virus in chilli, water melon, musk melon and okra farmers are advised to spray of Imidacloprid @ 8 ml in15 lit water twice at 8 days interval. 5 days after Imidacloprid spray Bavistin @ 2g per lit should be sprayed for other foliar blights. Optimum moisture level should be maintained in cucurbitaceous crops by light and frequent irrigation as dry conditions may lead to poor pollination and thus drop in yield of the crop.
