Advisory for farmers cultivating wheat, kidney beans, lentils and oilseeds

WHEAT- In valleys and low hills, sowing of the crop under irrigated condition should be completed by this week.

KIDNEY BEANS- In valley and low hills harvesting of the mature crops should be done and separate the seeds after drying it for 2-3 days.

• In mid-hills, light irrigation should be given.

LENTIL- Complete the sowing of lentils. Weeding and hoeing should be done in the crops which were sown in the last month.

OILSEED- Plant to plant distance should be maintained at 15 cm.
