Advisory for farmers cultivating Wheat and Barley
WHEAT- Weeding should be done after hoeing in the wheat crop sown in unirrigated condition and recommended weedicide should be used for weed control in the irrigated wheat crop.
BARLEY- In barley crop, weeding should be done as per need.
- Necessary irrigation should be given after 20-25 days of sowing and top-dressing of the recommended amount of nitrogen should be applied.
