Advisory for farmers cultivating Onion and Potato vegetable
ONION- In hilly areas, onion can be sown in the Rabi season from September to October. For sowing in the nursery, 8-10 kg seed per hectare is sufficient for Rabi.
POTATO- In the valley area, prepare the field for potato crop and sow Kufri Jyoti variety in the last week of this month.
