Advisory for farmers cultivating Mustard, Barley and Garlic

MUSTARD- In the valleys and low hill areas, light irrigation should be given at the time of grain filling in timely sown crop.

BARLEY- In irrigated crop, apply irrigation after 20-25 days of sowing and do top dressing of nitrogen in recommended quantity.

GARLIC- Weeding and hoeing should be done in the crop and on the occurrence of thrips , spray fipronil 5 SC @ 2ml/lit.
