Advisory for farmers cultivating Mustard and Soybean crops

Mustard- Sowing of mustard should be done.

• Mustard varieties are: RH 406, Pusa Sarson 25, DRMRIJ-31 (Giriraj) etc.
• Before sowing of seed should be treated with Mancozeb @2.5g or Carbendazim @ 1g/kg seed.
• Keep the seed rate 2.5 kg / ha and the row to row distance keep 30-45 cm.

Soybean- Harvest the Soybean crop at physiological maturity stage and kept for open sun drying.
